A quality Language Services Toolkit has been developed by the Goulburn Valley Primary Care Partnership on behalf of the Home and Community Care (HACC) program. The toolkit is designed to assist rural primary healthcare agencies to provide effective and efficient language services to their Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients and communities. The manual includes best practice examples which have been developed and field tested through the pilot projects undertaken as part of the best practice project.
